Frequently Enquired

Can my images remain completely unpublished?

Absolute discretion is our studio's bedrock pillar. We prioritize high-profile confidentiality. Your portraits reside inside secure offline servers and will never be shared on social media, print material, or online lookbooks unless you explicitly provide formal written consent.

What should I bring if I don't own retro clothing?

Almost all garments can be used, they don't have to be true vintage. We will coordinate your checklist in detail during our consulting phone call and talk through with you the style of your session to ensure you have garments that can match.

How long does portal asset rendering require?

Your secure initial preview proofing layout is activated inside your online vault within 14 business days following your session. Finished custom albums and luxury print items are dependent on the product chosen.

Is the booking retainer non-refundable?

This is evaluated on a case by case basis including the reason for the cancellation and the notice period given. Retainers hold your exclusive studio lockout block and secure our master hair/makeup styling specialists. Dates can be shifted once free of charge, if requested within a reasonable timeframe before your shoot window.
